We have two kinds of fill. Natural Stone nuggets and Recycled Nuggets. Both work well in your PotSak. The Recyled nuggets are much lighter than the stone nuggest so these are more than likely shipped. You will enough fill to fill each pouch. Fill with a spoon or kitchen funnel.
